Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Synergy Innovation, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information through the DaVinci Browser mobile application ("App") available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

We do not require account creation to use the App. If you contact us for support, we collect the information you voluntarily submit, such as your name and email address.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, we may automatically collect:

  • Device identifiers (e.g., advertising ID, device model, operating system version)
  • IP address
  • App version and configuration
  • Crash reports and diagnostic data
  • Date, time, and duration of App use
  • Broad geographic location derived from IP address (country or region level)

2.3 Browser Activity

The App functions as a web browser. We do not collect, log, or transmit your browsing history, URLs visited, search queries, or the content of web pages you access. This data is processed locally on your device and is not stored by us.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate and improve the App
  • Diagnose crashes and technical issues

  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use your information for targeted advertising. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • With service providers listed in Section 3, solely to provide services on our behalf
  • If required by law, court order, or governmental authority
  • To protect the rights, safety, or property of the Company, our users, or the public
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate notice to affected users

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The App itself does not set cookies. However, websites you visit through the App's browser engine may set cookies on your device in accordance with their own privacy policies. You can manage or clear these cookies through the App's settings.

Third-party SDKs integrated into the App may use device identifiers consistent with their stated privacy policies. You may limit ad tracking through your device settings:

  • iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
  • Android: Settings > Google > Ads

7. Data Retention

We retain automatically collected data for no longer than 24 months, or as required to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, whichever is shorter. Crash logs are retained for 90 days. Data you provide through support requests is retained until your inquiry is resolved and for a reasonable period thereafter.

8. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact us at the address below and we will delete it promptly.

10. Your Rights and Choices

10.1 All Users

You may:

  • Opt out of analytics data collection by adjusting your device's privacy settings
  • Request access to or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us directly
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing

10.2 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of that information, opt out of its sale (we do not sell personal information), and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To submit a request, contact us using the information in Section 13.

10.3 EEA, UK, and Swiss Residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our legal basis for processing is legitimate interests (App operation and improvement) and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations.

11. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States. When we transfer data from the EEA or UK, we rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or other lawful transfer mechanisms as required by applicable law.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and, where required by law, provide additional notice (such as an in-app notification). Your continued use of the App after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
